I have had multiple computer crashes, and it won't activate now. After going though your troubleshooting guide I get the message that it won't activate. Looking at the other questions it looks like I have reached the maximum number of activations. I have only used the software on one computer at a time and should not have to buy another copy. In checking the serial number under your email address, I do not see any activations in it. The version 13 serial number ends in 222. If this is correct, you can proceed with activating Nitro PDF Pro using this license. Please ensure that you install version 13. If needed, the installer can be located here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
