Retrieving my serial number | Nitro Pro 13

The email I was using when purchasing NitroPro 13 is no longer in use so I can not access it.
Therefore I can't retrieve the serial number from the email that Cleverbridge sent me upon purchasing.
The email was ****@apply.me
When going to About Nitro Pro in the Help menu in the program I can see only part of the serial. I want to upgrade to NitroPro 14 so need the serial in order to accept the discount offer.
I sent an email to Cleverbridge support back in July 31, 2023 (request # 7****09) but they never replied.
I would like to pay with PayPal
