User unable to Activate Nitro Pro 14 on Sign-in

Hi Team,

I got 2 users who currently are configured in Active Directory like everyone else and upon opening up Nitro Pro 14, it would prompt the user to sign-in with their work email. After going through the setup in the end it would show the user's name on the top-right hand corner but the [READER] is still showing meaning it's not activated. I've tried reinstalling Nitro Pro 14, but with no luck.

The 2 users are:

- rach**********@rameliusresoures.com.au

- nic*********@rameliusresources.com.au

Are you able to assist with this?
