In checking your email address, I can see that you have recently purchased a Nitro PDF Pro license. The license you've purchased is version 14 and to successfully activate, please ensure that you install the Nitro PDF Pro version 14. I recommend uninstalling your existing installation and then installing version 14 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 14' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 14 is installed, you can activate it by navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 14 license and then click Activate.
