I came in this morning and now I am getting calls saying the 'save' and 'save as' options are greyed out. This seems to only affect users with V.14. Could you please check with the version 14 users if their Nitro PDF Pro is activated? They can check this information when they launch Nitro PDF Pro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. Also, are they seeing Expired Trial within the application? Lastly, if you create a new document (File > New) in Nitro PDF Pro, do you still see the 'Save' and 'Save As' options as greyed out?
