Susan Tagney-Howell Posted October 4, 2023 Report Share Posted October 4, 2023 I have installed my version of Nitro pro 11 on my new computer (copied from my old computer) and when entering my serial number I get error message 24. I attempted to use the support pages/ ticket and it directed me to deactivate. However nothing to deactivate as I am unable to activate it in the first place. This went round in what I imagine is a never ending loop. I like this software, and I paid for this software, and I don't need to upgrade. Please help.
