Constantine Ananiades Posted October 4, 2023 Report Share Posted October 4, 2023 This is my license number for Nitro 13 and Nitro Cloud: 504974XXXXXXXXXXXX I DO HAVE THE FULL NUMBER FROM CLEVERBRIDGE in 2020. In checking your email address, I can confirm that you have a version 13 license (504974XXXXXXXXXXXX) from the January 2020 purchase. Please ensure that you install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate using this serial number. The version 13 installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you should be able to activate it using your version 13 license. To activate, launch Nitro PDF Pro 13 and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate. If you would want to upgrade this license to version 14, you can process the upgrade through our Upgrade Page located here https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade After the upgrade, you will receive a new serial number which is a version 14 license.
