New Computer and Nitro not accepting serial number

Hello, I just got a new computer toady, and I am trying to install Nitro Pro and it is not recognizing my serial number. Will you please help me?

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

The error message means that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 13, please uninstall the version you installed.
And then get the correct version 13 installer from the page below:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, activate with your serial number.

Please let me know how that goes.

Thank you for your assistance. I uninstalled Nitro 14 and attempted to install 13 and now the alert is Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has Failed... I have attempted this twice now. Please advise if I am missing a step. Thank you.
