Need to move license from one computer to the next. Running into errors with Deactivate and Activate

Hello,

I have a V12 Nitro Pro license on a computer and would like to move that to a new business computer.

Worked through the "deactivate" and "activate" screens on the devices with no success.

Appreciate some assistance.
