Kindly provide the serial number here so we can check and review it. Please provide as well the version and complete build of Nitro PDF Pro on the computer. A Nitro PDF Pro serial number consists of 18 digits. Could you please check again the serial number or provide the email address you used to purchase it so we can locate the complete serial number. Please uninstall the existing version 14 installation on your computer and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate using this serial number. The Nitro PDF Pro 13 installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once version 13 is installed, you can activate it by launching the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter the serial number then click Activate.
