Edward Jansen Posted October 9, 2023 Report Share Posted October 9, 2023 I just reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop. I have a valid license for Nitro Pro 12. I downloaded Nitro Pro from the website. I cannot activate it. I get the following error: -24: activation error I checked the license on the web site, there I found the following: Serial Number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Version 12 Status Active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 Why do I get an activation error?
