How do i transfer my product licence code to a new laptop?

Recently purchased a new laptop but cannot find the product activation code to be able to deactivate the the software on the old laptop and transfer to the new one. I have searched my email for the term "Cleverbridge" as advised by the help page, but the email seems to be too old (January/February 2022) and is therefore no longer available to view. Is there any other way i can find the serial no. /activation code?
