Carl Hack Posted October 11, 2023 Report Share Posted October 11, 2023 I'm attempting to open a Nitro pdf file and get the following message: "The document could not be opened because it's a n unsupported file type or has been damaged." I had created the pdf file in Nitro and saved it with no issue, but when I come to open it again, the above message appears. Please help. I've looked for correspondence from Cleverbridge to access my Serial Number, but this cannot be found. I'm running version 13.16.2.300 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
