Error when using 'Create PDF' to convert Outlook email to pdf

Hello,

I have recently upgraded to Nitro Pro V14 and having an issue with converting Outlook emails to PDF. When I open the email and click on the Create PDF button I get the following error - An error occurred. The type initializer for 'Framework14PINVOKE' threw an exception.

Any ideas how I fix this?

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Are there any specific files behaving this way? Or is it happening to all files?
- Please walk us through your specific step by step workflow so we can try to replicate the issue on our end.
- If you can also provide us with some files for testing please forward them to us.
- Please also send us a videocast or some relevant screenshots so we can have a better understanding of your process and the issue.

Im using Nitro PDF Pro 14.13.0.7

Its the Nitro Pro Add In for Microsoft Outlook. It allows you to create a PDF file out of an Outlook email. It adds a 'Create PDF' tab in the ribbon at the top of the email and allows you to click on it and it create a pdf file out of the actual email. 

I cant seem to upload screenshots to this chat?
