License deactivation and activation in another PC - Robert

Hi Leslie,

I have tried to activate my 13 version license unsuccsesfuly.

it does not allow me to activate. Nothing happens when I click the activate.

I reinstalled it as you mentioned before. 

Please help.

Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads 
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

If you get an error message, please send me a screenshot of the error.
