Steve Ryan Posted October 13, 2023 Report Share Posted October 13, 2023 I have a new Win11 laptop. After some difficulty, I have been able to Deactivate on the old Win10 laptop. Now shows Expired Trial. I have installed Nitro Pro 9 on the new laptop, but am unable to Activate using a valid Serial Number. It currently shows I'm in Trial Mode. I have an 18 digit serial number starting with 234. The Activation page suggests that process only supports V12 onwards. Error is -24:Activation Error.
