Unable to activate and unable to get any support

Hello, I have a new laptop and I am trying to activate my license and I am just thrown around in an endless loop of hell.  

I enter my activation number as requested and get this message "The serial number does not exist etc" with the suggestion to check and submit a support ticket.  But submitting a support ticket not NOT provide any support - it only gives you more pages to read (which have read and the instructions duly followed).

Why is it impossible to interact with someone at NitroPro?

 

Can anyone help - please?  Please? PLEASE?

To further assist you, what build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.2.40) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column.

Could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.
