Ability to select color for pencil and shapes prior to using tool.

Give users the ability to select a color prior to using the pencil and shape tool. Keep the same color that was selected so user can make multiple changes shapes or pencil marks without having to change the color each use.

While there is no option to initially pick a color before using the pencil and shape tool, there is an option for you to set a default color so you can make multiple shapes or pencil marks with the same color. This can be done by selecting the 'Make Current Properties Default'.
