Vanishing Shapes

I just paid to upgrade to Nitro 14 due to the vision I was running crashing when I hit print.

Now I'm trying to draft drawings for work and shapes are disappearing when overlapping.

Please fix this.

Hello @Jason Maxfield

Thanks for your message - I'm happy to assist you.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Are there any specific files behaving this way? Or is it happening to all files?
- Please walk us through your specific step by step workflow so we can try to replicate the issue on our end.
- If you can also provide us with some files for testing please forward them to us.
- Please also send us a videocast or some relevant screenshots so we can have a better understanding of your process and the issue.

I look forward to your response.

Hello,

- 14.7.1.21

- All Files

-Use the shapes tool, draw a line for instance. Select and copy that line, past else where. May not happen the first time but as they start to touch one another, in my scenario I was using this function to draw a window. previously pasted lines copied from that particular object will distort then vanish.

- Please see the video attached, forgive the lack of quality with this. I do not have screen recording software at my work computer. Note: This happens after you copy and paste these shapes and not only the lines. It works fine when you draw new ones.

-File attached.

(Could not attach files to this, can I email them somewhere?)

Best regards

Jason
