Switching license from old laptop to new laptop

How do I switch my license to a new laptop after the old one died.  FYI, I also have Nitro Pro installed on my desktop.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

You can get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Hello Leslie V, I am hoping you can help me - PLEASE - I have the same problem as Steve; I have a new laptop but the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate is not working, I get a "the serial number does not exist" message.  I have no idea how to solve this problem, can you help? I have downloaded version 14.14.0.13

You purchased version 13. Please install version 13.

Same problem here.  I have the Nitro version 12.  The system can find my serial number, but the activation does not work..
