berliner@comcast.net
I'm using the installed Windows desktop version 13.8.2.140. I can combine many jpgs into a single PDF, but it always comes out horizontal. I asked your AI driven helper how to do it, it told me to go to the combine dialog and there is an orientation setting in the Settings on that dialog. But there is not an orientation setting. Is there some other place to find the orientation setting, or is there something wrong with the version I'm using? Thanks!
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted October 20, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted October 20, 2023 Greetings @berliner@comcast.net Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! Apologies for the confusion of the provided steps. The Orientation is available in the Create PDF File option (Under the Home tab, click PDF > From File) but not in Combine (Under the Home tab, Combine). Here's a screenshot of the Create PDF File workflow: Here's a screenshot of the Combine workflow: I recommend combining all the images using the Combine workflow and then use the Thumbnails pane to select the image/s that you would like to rotate. To rotate multiple pages, you can press and hold the CTRL key and then select the images. You can also set a page size through the Thumbnails pane, simply right-click the image/s then go to Set Page Size. Kind regards,
berliner@comcast.net
Thanks! 95% what I want, a nice long infinity-type PDF. Only problem is that there is a white border between the vertical images. Any way of getting rid of the border?
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted October 24, 2023 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted October 24, 2023 Greetings @berliner@comcast.net Could you please confirm from which part of the application you see the white border between vertical images? Do you see this in the Thumbnails pane, or within the Page View? Kind regards,

The final product is a single vertical PDF with multiple images stitched together, separated by a narrow white border between images. I want to get rid of the narrow white border. Here's a picture illustrating the problem in imgbox (https://imgbox.com/H6c7djvd) . Edited October 24, 2023 by berliner@comcast.net img
