Help deactivating and reactivating my license

Hi!

I purchased Nitro Pro PDF (Windows) last 2017. I uninstalled the app from my laptop and have recently reinstalled it. I need to deactivate my license so I can reactivate it again. I tried doing it via your licensing portal but it's asking to choose the device and I don't see any device options there.

I can provide you the serial number. I'm not sure if it's ok to post it here so just let me know how can I give it to you.
