Problem with license

Hi,

Problem is that we have license for Nitro Pro in file. It will expire on 23 XII 2023. But it acts like trial version.

When user is added in admin panel on website, and Nitro has been installed on user's computer, I can activate it by choosing a license file. After that, it says, license is activated.

But later (but not after 14 days - its take longer), users report me, that theirs Nitro is not active, and Trial's time has expired. In this state, I cannot reactivate license by upload file. My single option is to paste license number.

But our license looks that way: file "***"

and in file:

"****"

None of these strings are accepted because there are letters in.

Can you help me with that? Are we doing something in not proper way?
