Within the last 6 month I was not able to install the PDF Creator on 6 new DELL XPS 15. The only one that is accepting the pdf Creator is my old HP Elitebook with WIN 11. On those machines, can you kindly verify whether you can successfully copy or save a file to the designated location: C:\WINDOWS\system32? We've observed instances where write errors to this path have resulted in the failure of the Nitro PDF Creator installation. The Nitro PDF Creator does need access to that folder (C:\WINDOWS\system32) in order to install. If your computer is maintained by your company, is it possible to request access to this folder?
