Old Serial # Not Recognized

Hi, my old Nitro PDF serial # is not being recognized by the online form here: Upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 for Enterprise Users | Nitro (gonitro.com).  I believe the serial # was for Nitro PDF 11.  Can you please validate my serial # for me?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.

Hi Allain.  The serial # is 1816-wwxxyyzz-183377.  I copied this from my Nitro PDF software before fully refreshing the Windows installation on my computer (which deleted all installed applications).  I thought I would just be able to redownload Nitro Pro and use the serial to install it but it won't work.

Did you purchase your program from Indigo Software, an Amazon/eBay seller, or from The Soft Coffee? 

If yes, could you please share the email message or the invoice they sent you after purchasing?

Otherwise, where did you purchase it, and did they just send you an email to ask first for the software's installation ID before providing the serial number?
