Changing PC and not able to access serial number

Please could you tell me how to transfer my licence from the old PC to the new one? It looks as though I need a serial number but I can't find that. 

This seems to be a popular topic. It would be great if we could just email you and ask for the info!

To download the installation files, please use offline English MSI packages:
