Minimum default size should be smaller to fit fields on documents properly

For example, the initial field, which should be two to three characters, defaults to a minimum of 9. When using nine as a minimum value, it will not fit in traditional initial boxes. This also happens when the custom field defaults to nine characters and the document requires a smaller field.  The program should allow you to use values lower than 9, so templates and documents that have already been created can fit the field boxes without interrupting the other text in the document.
