Unable to Reinstall Nitro Pro PDF Editor on Windows PC after switching user from old to new PC

Hi,

Having deactivated and uninstalled the existing Nitro Pro PDF Editor (Ver Pro v12) from an old faulty laptop, I am now unable to install it on a new Windows 11 laptop.

I have logged into the Nitro Pro portal with my Administrator login credentials, but unable to find a simple product download page.

Instead, I selected Activation, entered the exact serial number as previously used, but it then states: Number of Activations is 0, number of Activations Allowed is 2.  The only button selectable is 'Deactivate' but when I select that it gives an error stating no product has been selected.

Please can you just email me a direct link to re-install the product we have already purchased and that I am wanting to transfer to the user's new laptop.

Looking at your purchase records, your Nitro Pro 12 (with serial number 234602-xxyyzz-292608) was deactivated because it was upgraded to Nitro PDF Pro 13 with serial number 504963-xxyyzz-458974

To download version 13 installation files, please use offline English MSI packages:

x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
