Nitro PDF Pro serial activiation number request.

I need the serial number to activate my Nitro PDF Pro service. I do not have the email message that contains the serial number. Note the account owner is Mr. Andrew Shin. Kindly review and provide me the number by email. Thanks.

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I have the same problem. 

I got a new computer and am trying to transfer my license from old one to new one. When I try to find the serial number, the program only gives me the first 6 digits and all "X" afterwards. 

I bought my license on 4/9/2021 and can't find the activation email with the serial number. 

Can someone please assist?
