Serial is wrong during activation

I had nitro pdf 12,  moved to 13 cause I had no choice,  i deactivated 1 serial number for the new program and my serial number doesnt work on nitro pdf 13

The error message you are getting that the serial number you are trying to activate is for a different version of Nitro PDF Pro.

Your serial number is for Nitro PDF Pro 9. Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 9  and its activation servers have been shut down. You may refer to our Sunset Policy here: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy

I dont want to pay again.  

In this way, you are forcing old customer happy with one of your older versions, to buy a new one, if they find themselves in the same situation! 

Other firms as Acronis, are offering their customers the  possibility to re-download any soft they have have bought, even if it is an older "not supported" version. Besides, whats the point of asking for any support, just to obtain again what I already paid for, when your trying to upsale me?
