Deactivating on a computer that is no longer functional ***( Please delete serial number before posting) ****

Nitro Pro 14;   Was installed on a Dell laptop  (linstall 1) that was subsequently fried (cat/coffee), and I cannot deactivate that license. Purchase.  Upgraded 6/7/2023

I installed on a HP laptop, and activated it without issues. (Install 2)

Now, want to install on a second laptop -  I downloaded application , but cannot activate install (install 3) -- I presume because  install 1 is still presumed active.

Can you deactivate installation 1 for me for that I can activate install3?
