I bought nitro about 8 moinths ago but misplaced my activation code.  I recently changed computers and want to activate it on my new laptop but cant find it.  Can you help?

I am afraid I am unable to find the purchase under your name or email address and in order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser

-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro 

-A copy of the order invoice.

I have gone ahead to check your account records and have executed resending your invoice to your second email address so please check your Inbox and Spam / Junk folder as sometimes our emails go there.
