Susan McElroy Posted October 25, 2023 Report Share Posted October 25, 2023 I am trying to upgrade Essentials 13.3.1 to a plan that will allow e-signing. I was told in "chat" that Essentials 13.3.1 is discontinued and that I need to buy a new subscription for $179.88 EVEN THOUGH I JUST PAID FOR AN ANNUAL PLAN THREE MONTHS AGO. I would expect that there would be a credit applied toward the purchase of the Pro plan. I need customer service assistance to upgrade, yet I was told a public forum is the only place to get it.
