I have also lost my serial number. I don't know which email ID I bought it under, but I have a receipt. Can someone please advise?

If this is the Invoice Receipt you received after purchasing the license, it should have an order reference number. 
Please provide this number so we can search for the purchase record.

Is anyone going to help me? I have sent the order reference number and have received absolutely no response.

what is a way to get customer support ? I have been trying since last week to get this software moved over. Why is it so hard to get a response on here? Why is there no direct customer service? This is very frustrating.
