Reactivate on New Computer

I am having the same issue someone else also posted.  I deactivated the serial number and tried (days later) to re-activate it on my new computer. It states the serial number does not exist. I tried deactivating it multiple times but did not work.  When you try to get "help" from the website the website just sends you on a 'loop' unable to contact anyone except this forum.  The Serial Number is: 504************012.   Cleverbridge reference number:  2******78.

An activation issue will likely occur if the version of the license does not match the version of the application that you would like to activate. 

To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If the version does not match your license, which is version 13, please uninstall and then install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:
