reactivating Nitro Pro 13 on a new computer

any suggestions on how to reactivate an older version on a new computer?

I've been in nitro support loop for 2 hours and cannot get any support at all.

It is an awful experience.

I understand that you need to reactivate Nitro PDF Pro on the new computer. 
Could you please provide the serial number that you will use to activate the application? We need this information to check the license's status and determine the appropriate installer.

I feel your pain and frustration. I too have Nitro 12 and bought a new computer. They absolutely suck! I'm sure this will censored as to not let anyone know about their customer service that there isn't any!

Could you please describe the issue you are having with the Nitro PDF Pro application?
Are you trying to activate using your existing license, or trying to upgrade to the latest version?
