Eric Sanchez Posted November 1, 2023 Report Share Posted November 1, 2023 (edited) I am struggling to resolve an issue with Nitro PDF Pro and an even larger part of that struggle is just getting help from Nitro Support. In this day and age for a technology vendor to not provide phone support is shocking. I have an open support ticket and I have responded to that email. I have messaged the support person via this website and still no response. If there are a limited number of support persons at Nitro hopefully someone else who is available can reach out to me to assist me.
