Hola buen día, me podría indicar cómo activar mi cuenta de Nitro Pro, compré dos licencias

Me llegó un correo con mi número de referencia Cleverbridge, pero ningún número de serie, entonces me queda la duda de cómo activarlo, necesito uno para Windows y uno para Mac

POr favor necesito ayuda
