Hi Team,

When I upgraded to NitroPro V13, I was promised a free upgrade to NitroPro V14 when it was released. I have been trying to arrange the free upgrade for a while now with no success.

I couldn't log into my account, as my original password does not work for some reason.

I request a password reset and nothing gets sent to my email address.

Support pages just send you around in circles.

I have had to sign up for a trial version and get a new password that way, so I could enter the forum to report the upgrade issue.

The email I originally received stated clearly, I am entitled to the A complimentary upgrade to the newest release of Nitro PDF Pro, which I took up the then offer and upgraded to V13 at the time.

As a long time user of Nitro Pro, I would appreciate some assistance in upgrading to the new V14 and previously promised.

I await your help with this issue.
