Nitro wont activate

was previously on win 10 machine but now trying to activate on win 11 machine deactivated the code still didnt work

1. What is the version and build of Nitro PDF Pro on the Windows 11 machine? 
The details can be located in the application under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

2. The serial number that you will use to activate the software.

In checking the provided serial number, I can confirm that it is a valid and active version 13 license. 
Based on its activation records, it seems that were able to activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 using this license. If this is not correct, I recommend sharing the exact activation error message so we can review and further troubleshoot.
