Need assitance for upgrade to version 14

Dear Support,

January 2023 I purchased Ntiro Pro 13 with 1 year software assurance.

I migrated from an old computer to a new one: I deactivated the license on the old one and then installed and acitvated Nitro Pro 13 on my new computer. However, I am not able to upgrade to v14 as it keeps telling my my serial number cannot be validated. May I request support on that issue, please?

Dear support,

I raised that topic already but did not get an answer. In January 2023 I purchased a license of Nitro Pro 13 with product upgrades for 1 year. However, when I try to get the upgrade license I receive an error quoting my license would not be recognized. May I ask you to check that and deliver the license upgrade for Nitro Pro 14, please?

Dear Support,

I purchased the right to upgrade in January. However, when I type in my serial number 50*************747 it is not recognized in your system although it's activated. What am I doing wrong?

Please access our Upgrade Page again and then try to upgrade your serial number.
