Nitro not opening on windows11 ARM

I have just updated my windows 11 Pro insider Preview to 25977.1000 and nitro pdf pro 13 is not opening.

i am using Parallel on Mac M1

After checking my resources, an Enterprise build of Nitro Pro will work within a Bootcamp/Parallel instance because it uses a different license model.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with this build because it is only offered to enterprise customers with a minimum purchase of a 21-user license.

To further assist you, kindly install your Nitro Pro on a machine with a Windows Operating system outside a Bootcamp/parallel environment.
