Jarene James Posted November 6, 2023 Report Share Posted November 6, 2023 My company bought multiple licenses, as such I never registered an email with my account and only used the activation key. My previous laptop is no longer in working order I followed the Nitro Pro Support pages and managed to deactivate the license, however when I try and reactivate it I get an error code. Please assist. To further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column. Sending over a screenshot of the 'About Nitro Pro' window will also help me understand what MSI version was used (Retail, Business, or Enterprise). Also please provide the serial number and a screenshot of the error message you are receiving. You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread. Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing back from you. The Nitro Pro version I have is Library Version: 3.9.0.3 NSL: 13.9.0.3 My serial number (please hide this before posting): 504939-xxyyzz-776310 The error: The serial number entered does not exist. But when I enter the serial number on the url https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal it picks it up. To further assist you, please uninstall the program you installed, reboot your machine then reinstall using these direct installers: x64 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi x32 https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.70.7.60/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi To know if you have a 32-bit or 64-bit Windows system, please refer to this article: https://support.microsoft.com/en-ph/help/15056/windows-32-64-bit-faq You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number 504939-xxyyzz-776310, and clicking Activate.
