Will not update and will not print and NO SUPPORT

The product will not update and will not print correctly.  It is printing every page in the size of a postage stamp.  I cannot print with this at all.  When I try and find out if there are any updates a window pops up saying there was a problem while checking for updates.  When I click on submit a support ticket I am redirected to a Salesforce site that says: 

URL No Longer Exists
You have attempted to reach a URL that no longer exists on salesforce.com.

 

So apparently there is no product support available???  Do I have to switch back to Acrobat?
