In order to further assist you, please use MS FixIt to delete traces of Nitro PDF Pro 13 from your machine: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed Also, could you please provide the Nitro PDF Pro 13 serial number so we can check its status in our licensing server? You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.
