Activating Nitro Pro 9.5.3.8 to New Computer

I have a license for Nitro Pro 9.5.3.8 that I am trying to activate on my new computer. I downloaded Nitro Pro trial version from Nitro Pro website, but it is version 14 and says it cannot find my serial number. On another Nitro Pro website related to moving license between computers, it seems to find my license, which says I have two activations remaining, but it also wants me to click a  "Deactivate" button. When I click the "Deactivate" button, it tells me to identify a device, but there are no devices to choose from. It is an endless loop.

How do I transfer my Nitro Pro 9.5.3.8 license serial number to activate Nitro Pro on my new computer?

I can provide serial number and account email address upon request, through non-public forum.
