I look at plans about 90% of the time and that popup is extremely irratating. I've looked through the preferences and can't find a setting. To do so, open up Nitro Pro and go to, "File > Preferences > Notifications" and uncheck the option, "Show In-Product Messages". This will prevent the OCR message from popping up.
