I have been with Nitro for years, I submitted a support ticket after de activating  it twice following the instructions on the website. i am being told on the support ticket that I don't have a licence. Please can you help? I have tried putting my code into the activation on Nitor but it doesn't work however it recognises it on the deactivation screen! 


Please can you help.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
