In order to further assist you, are you printing to a physical printer when it crashes (e.g. Kyocera, Ricoh, Hp or Fujitsu)? Lastly, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro program on the affected machine? You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators.
