Unable to print from Nitro Pro

I cannot print pdf documents from Nitro. It seems that Nitro is not communicating with my Fuji Xerox printer.

I can print word documents, emails, web pags, excel spreadsheets etc without a problem.

Given most of the plans I print for work are in pdf this is a big problem.

Any and all help appreciated.

I have uninstalled Version 13 and purchased the upgrade to 14 and still have the same problem.

This is getting urgent as I can't print plans for work.

Hello @Anne Schneider,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Is your Fuji Xerox printer directly connected to your machine or it is a network printer?

Are any of your colleagues experiencing the same issue?

When you try to print PDFs to your printer, are you getting any error messages or just nothing happens?

Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi Allain, thanks for getting back to me.

The printer is connected via a router. There is only hubby and I here. He has no issues at all when printing from Nitro. However he is running Nitro Pro 11. I am using Nitro Pro 14.

When I try to print I get nothing. No error messages.

Cheers,

Anne

Allain,

you misread my answers.

My husband uses Nitro Pro 11 - he does not have any issues.

I, however, use Nitro Pro 14 - I am having problems! I am the one who cannot print.

Thanks,

Anne

Hi Allain,

all good. I ended up dealing with Joseph from Nitro. This had him very confused also, and he offered many options to try and resolve this.  In the end I found the "reboot" option when I logged on to the printer itself, and as I said to Joseph, I decided to try that rather than give both the PC and printer a swift kick, and it worked! I now have no problems with printers.

Cheers,

Anne
